Payments

On August 8, 2023 our clinic transitioned to a new electronic health record and practice management system (Modernizing Medicine). Online Payments can be made at the link above.

For all services provided prior to August 8, 2023 you will receive a statement from our old billing service, Pinnacle Healthcare. You may mail your payments to our old payment lockbox in Portland, Oregon. Credit card payments can be taken over the phone at 888-688-4838.

For all Dates of Service after August 8th, payments can be made online, via text reminder, in the new patient portal, by calling our office, and by mailing payment to our office: 1115 S Willow St, North Platte, NE 69101.

Our staff is always available to help. We are excited about the new patient portal and payment options and hope that you find it convenient and easy to use.

Insurance

North Platte OBGYN participates in traditional and managed care insurance plans. We are in-network providers with all major insurance plans, however, we do accept all insurance plans and will work with patients to determine benefit eligibility for plans not listed. To find out if a particular physician or clinician participates with your plan, please contact our office or your insurance company. Many plans require you to make a co-payment at the time of your visit so please arrive with your insurance card and co-pay at the time of your visit. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover at our offices.
